From 1951 to now Paps Painting has been a vision that finally made its way into reality in June, 2025. Our promise is to carry on the legacy of the amazing man and Painter, Billy Noonan. In order to preserve the promise and continue the legacy we only use the best practices, quality of paint and we ensure we never leave any customers unhappy.

Our Mission

At Paps Painting, we're more than just painters – we're carrying on a proud family tradition. Our expertise in high-end professional interior and exterior painting, pool decks, driveways, fences, pressure washing, drywall repairs, minor stucco repairs, and High End wood finishing is rooted in the meticulous techniques taught by the best: our founder's grandfather. With over three decades of trusted service to Brevard County, his legacy inspires our dedication to thorough surface preparation – cleaning, sealing, and priming – ensuring every project delivers exceptional, long-lasting results. We're honored to follow in his footsteps, making him proud with every stroke.

JC Pouncey

Owner

JC, a skilled and dedicated painting professional known for his charismatic personality, analytical approach, and efficient work ethic. He combines speed with precision, ensuring that every project is completed carefully and to the highest professional standard.

When he’s not transforming rooms, JC may be writing a rhyme, freestyling, or creating music with a bigger purpose: to unite good people and change the world. He brings that same energy to his work—one room, one brushstroke, and maybe one beat at a time.

Beyond his technical skills, JC is a warm-hearted and thoughtful person who believes in making a positive difference in the world. He values open communication, trust, and genuine connections with clients, employees, and everyone he works with. His goal is not only to transform spaces through quality painting but also to create a positive and respectful experience for every customer.

Known to everyone as Paps, he is the original founder and the heart of our painting tradition. With more than 30 years of professional painting experience, Paps has dedicated his life to mastering the craft and delivering exceptional results.

His knowledge, skill, and attention to detail have made him a true master painter. Every technique, standard, and value we follow comes from years of experience and a deep commitment to quality.

Today, JC has continued Paps’ legacy by creating Paps Painting, a new company built on the strong foundation he established. We are proud to have been taught by the best and carry his expertise, work ethic, and passion into every project we complete.

Paps is more than our founder and mentor—he is the inspiration behind our commitment to professional craftsmanship, honest communication, and customer satisfaction. When you choose Paps Painting, you are choosing a business shaped by generations of knowledge and taught by a true master.
